Affiliate terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the BetPlus Affiliate Program. By sending an application, you agree to them. We may update these terms; if a change affects how you are paid, we will let you know before it starts.

1. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 or older and legally able to sign a contract.
  2. Our team reviews every application personally and may refuse one without giving a reason.
  3. Each person or business may have only one affiliate account. Extra accounts used to claim the same players twice will be closed and their balances cancelled.
  4. Your application details must be correct and must match the ID documents you provide for verification.

2. How commission works

  1. You earn a percentage of the net profit from players who sign up through your tracking link, for as long as their accounts stay active.
  2. Net profit means player losses minus player winnings, bonuses, VIP cash, payment fees, referral commission and any revenue adjustments. The full calculation is shown on the commission page and on every statement.
  3. Your commission rate depends on how many active players you bring in a period. An active player is a referred player who placed at least one real-money bet during that period.
  4. If a period ends negative, no commission is paid and the negative amount is carried forward to the next period. It is never charged to you as a debt.
  5. Statements are created automatically when each period closes and are paid after approval, usually within one to three working days.

3. Payments

  1. Commission is paid in your account currency.
  2. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Smaller balances roll over to the next period.
  3. Your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal.
  4. We only pay to an account in your own name — never to a third party.
  5. Periods run weekly. Approved balances can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Approved marketing

You may promote BetPlus on your own websites, social media, messaging channels, videos and paid ads, as long as everything is legal and you never:

  • target anyone under 18, or advertise where most of the audience is under age;
  • pretend to be BetPlus, or use a domain, logo or name that could be mistaken for ours;
  • promise guaranteed wins or returns, or present betting as a way to earn a living;
  • send spam — unwanted emails, bulk SMS or messages to people who did not agree to receive them;
  • bid on our brand name in paid search, or use it in ad text without written permission;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, adware or any method that credits you with players who did not choose to click your link;
  • place our brand next to illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content.

5. Traffic that does not earn commission

  1. Your own accounts, your family's, or any account you control or fund.
  2. Bonus abuse, arbitrage, matched betting or any play designed to take promotional money rather than to bet.
  3. Accounts created in bulk, by software, or in unusual numbers from the same device or address.
  4. Players who registered with false details or stolen payment methods.

Commission from this kind of traffic is reversed. Our fraud checks only flag accounts for a person to review — no account is suspended and no payment is held by an automatic decision alone.

6. Sub-affiliates

You can invite other affiliates with your referral link and earn an extra override on their net results. The override is paid by us and does not reduce their earnings. The number of levels is limited; the current limit is shown on your Commission Designation page.

7. Suspension and closure

  1. You or we may close the affiliate account at any time. If you close it, any approved balance above the minimum is paid in the next payment cycle.
  2. We may suspend an account while we look into a fraud flag. During suspension no new commission is earned, but already-approved balances are kept.
  3. We may cancel a balance if we find clear evidence it was earned by breaking section 4 or section 5. We will share that evidence with you.
  4. An account with no referred activity for 12 months in a row may be closed, and any balance below the minimum withdrawal may be cancelled.

8. General

  1. You work as an independent partner. These terms do not make you our employee, partner or agent.
  2. You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.
  3. Our liability is limited to commission that is correctly owed and not yet paid.
  4. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BetPlus Entertainment N.V. is registered.
